In this intensive half/full day session we’ll look at your strengths, interests, drivers, natural style and your work experience. We’ll brainstorm, explore some new possibilities and set an action plan to move forward. Don’t be mistaken this is a “doing day!”
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You’ll be sent a pre-intensive form, to be completed and sent back 48 hours before our 1:1. This enables me to come prepared to our session and ensures our time together really counts! Roll the red carpet out - this truly is a VIP offering!!!
On THE day, YOUR DAY! We work for c. 3 hours (with a couple of short breaks) and then break for lunch (it’s included and yes, I cater to dietary needs!) and then do another 4 hours (with a few more breaks). This will be a combination of coaching/training/co-working (I’m happy to help draft out some communications, brainstorm some strategies, review your resume and LinkedIn profile, provide feedback on your communication style, role play etc - where it makes sense).
For half a day - it’s 4 hours of work (split between snacks - included!)
You’ll book into a post-Intensive at a time/date that best works for you, to reflect, ask any outstanding questions and helps also keep you accountable and ensure you’re on track.
